Cue the glitter, glue and all things crafty: Creativation 2020 is here! I’m thrilled to speak at Creativation for my third year, providing social media classes in Phoenix (my backyard!) to attendees from all over the world. So. Much. Fun!

Outside of these sessions, you’ll probably see me wandering the show floor in a euphoric state (on the off chance you see someone literally glued to a make and take, it’s probably me!). You’re better off asking me for my favorite Downtown Phoenix restaurants than for creative advice (unless it pertains to social media). The experts at Downtown Phoenix can help, too.

On that note, here’s where you can find me:

Instagram Stories: Understanding What Goes Where & How to Create Strategic Stories

I can’t wait to teach this one! Half the fun is getting to work with class participants’ social media content (because you all come from a  variety of creative backgrounds!). I know this two-hour session will fly by, and we’ll probably leave some ground uncovered. Here are a few additional resources:

Roundtable Discussion: Facebook Groups

It’s going to be so much fun to hear about everyone’s different Facebook Group wins and challenges during this session. If you know me, you know I love the behind-the-scenes aspects of social media logistics as much as the finished product, so I’m going to be absorbing a TON, too. Angela Henderson and I will be co-facilitating this session, so get ready for an info-packed hour learning from each other.

  • Just beginning with Facebook Groups? Drop me a note and I’ll send you my “Getting Started With Facebook Groups” checklist to take some of the planning off your plate.
  • What are some of your favorite Facebook Groups? For engagement, support, resources: you name it! Let me know in the comments so I can check them out. (And, hey, it can be a link to your own Group!)

But That’s Not All!

  • Sessions go by in the blink of an eye, so if anyone is interested in a complimentary one-on-one meeting at Creativation to go over social media topics and questions of your choosing, I have time slots available. Whether you were in my session or not, you’re welcome to take advantage of this (just make sure to pick a time that works around your session schedule!) Select a time here.
  • Check out these tips for organizing your digital tools and social media to make your pre, during and post-conference experience easy peasy!
  • Request to join my “Crafting & Growing Social Media” Facebook Group and mention Creativation in your join request.)

See you at Creativation!
